Although young in tenants, TechX still manages to achieve many great feats that envies even the most colossal competitors:

 

  • Worked together with AWS to build and deploy Digital Bank for MSB – the first ever “true digital” Bank-on-Cloud initiative in the country
  • Became strategic partner currently in charge of consultancy and cloudification for FE Credit, Vietbank and VIB
  • Successfully developed oneUI, an omni-functional Contact Center built on top of Amazon Connect service.
  • Joint effort with AWS to discover and build foundation for Data Engineering & Analytics in SEA
  • Broke AWS records worldwide on being the quickest partner to become Advanced Consulting Partner
  • Won of multiple Tech Awards, noticeably the national champion of AWS Hackathon 2020 – the highest honor there is for tech professionals.

 

As of now, we are currently the only company in Vietnam to become both Training & Consulting Partner of Amazon across the whole network (APN).

 

Our Certifications​

OneUI is the contact center solution developed on top of Amazon Connect Platform. OneUI integrates multi-channel, multi components (CRM, Case Management, Reporting and Dashboard, Knowledge Management,..) into one single unified user interface in order to provide best customer experience to end-user.

With OneUI, TechX aims to bring to customers a product which can help their employees to improve work productivity, happier with cool interface and more convenience.
