TechX's AI-assisted, human-approved operating layer is listed on AWS Marketplace as a professional-services engagement, starting with its first module, Xora Observe. Here is what Xora Observe actually does today, how it's governed, and where it sits in the enterprise transformation lifecycle.

The gap after go-live
For years, the enterprise cloud conversation has centered on migration: how to move mission-critical workloads onto AWS safely, on schedule, without disrupting the business. That conversation is largely solved. What comes after it is not.
Once a workload is live, a different set of questions takes over. Who is watching it at 2am? When something breaks, how long does it take to find the root cause, and can that process be trusted? When cloud spend drifts, does anyone notice before the invoice arrives? When an AI system is involved in a recommendation, who is accountable for the decision, and what evidence supports it?
Dashboards answer the first question, partially. Copilots help with some of the others, partially. Neither is built to carry evidence through the whole decision — from signal, to analysis, to the record a regulated enterprise needs to stand behind afterward.
Xora — TechX's Agentic AI Platform — is built to close that gap.
What Xora is, and isn't
Xora is not a dashboard that only displays status. It is also not a system that changes production on its own — that's a deliberate governance choice, not a current limitation. Xora is a set of AI agents that read operational signals, correlate evidence, and produce analysis, recommendations, and drafts: incident summaries, root-cause hypotheses, cost-anomaly reports, service-review drafts.
Every one of those outputs goes through human review before it becomes an approval, a customer commitment, or a production action. That distinction matters most in regulated industries: a recommendation with no evidence behind it doesn't survive an audit, and an AI system that could act unsupervised isn't a feature for a bank — it's a risk. Xora is designed around that constraint deliberately: AI-assisted, catalog-bound to an approved Source-of-Truth, human-approved, and audit-ready. Xora Observe is the first of these modules now available on AWS Marketplace.
“We didn't build Xora to add another dashboard to an already crowded operations stack. We built it to give teams evidence-backed analysis and recommendations they can trust — with people still deciding and approving every action.” — Thân Đoàn Đăng Khoa, Chief AI Officer (CAIO), TechX

How Xora Observe operates
Xora Observe is the first module carrying Xora's output into day-to-day operations, and it's the one now listed on AWS Marketplace.
Rather than operating as a standalone monitoring replacement, Xora Observe connects existing operational signals, approved enterprise knowledge, investigation evidence, human expertise, decisions, and controlled actions within one auditable operating workflow.
Its core operating lifecycle: observe signals → understand context → investigate with evidence → review recommendations → approve actions → learn and improve.

Supported use cases include service-health monitoring and operational dashboards; alert-noise analysis, correlation, enrichment, and prioritization; evidence-backed root-cause analysis; AI-assisted incident investigation and operational question-answering; and human-reviewed runbook and remediation recommendations — every one of them under governed, human-in-the-loop approval. The AWS Marketplace listing has the full set of supported use cases.
This approach helps enterprises improve operational visibility and investigation quality while maintaining customer-defined authority, security boundaries, human oversight, and accountability.
Every agent output is grounded in a Source-of-Truth catalog of approved services and claims, carries an audit log, and goes through an approval workflow before it changes anything. Additional Xora modules — covering incident and SLA operations, continuous cost optimization, and broader AI/data operations — are on the roadmap for future Marketplace waves.
Built for regulated enterprises
Xora's governance model is AI-assisted, catalog-bound, human-approved, and audit-ready. Agents produce analysis, recommendations, and drafts; people remain accountable for approvals, customer commitments, production actions, pricing, funding claims, and regulated decisions.
In the current phase, there is no autonomous high-risk action. The most sensitive use cases — fraud investigation, credit risk — stay decision-support only, with policy checks and explainability, not autonomous approval. That's a governance choice built into the platform, not a gap TechX is waiting to close.
Where Xora fits in the transformation lifecycle
Xora attaches across the full transformation journey — Assess, Modernize, Operate, Optimize, Scale AI — starting wherever a customer's transformation currently stands, and is weighted toward the Operate and Optimize stages where regulated enterprises are least prepared today.
This is also why Xora is a TechX platform, not a separate brand. It is the AI-assisted layer beneath TechX's Enterprise Transformation model, helping enterprises turn a modernization project into a recurring, governed operating model.
Available on AWS Marketplace
Xora Observe — the first module of Xora Agentic AI Platform by TechX — is listed on AWS Marketplace as a professional-services offering, under Implementation, Managed Services, and Cloud Operations. There is no self-serve subscription: engagements are scoped and quoted through a private offer, which can still run through an enterprise's existing AWS commercial relationship and billing rather than opening an entirely separate vendor contract.
For a regulated enterprise, that still shortens part of the procurement path — vendor onboarding through an existing AWS relationship is often faster than a first-time direct contract — even though pricing itself is custom to the engagement, not a published rate card.
What's next
TechX is currently proving Xora's value through a structured pilot with FSI lighthouse customers and channel partners, focused first on root-cause analysis, FinOps, and managed-service reporting — the use cases where AI-assisted analysis creates the fastest, most defensible value. Fraud and credit-risk use cases remain further out and will stay decision-support only even as the platform matures.
