Women Leaders Forum 2023 is offline event and invitation-only.

Based on the research of Dr. Laura Huang, a professor at HBS who spent five years studying gender parity in the startup world, women founders were often asked different types of questions from male counterparts. when pitching. This workshop was adapted by AWS helping female founders recognize biased questions, and arm them with tactical ways to respond. Based on the sample studied, research showed that founders who answered questions using the tips provided in the workshop were able to raise much more money than founders who did not.
