At our FY2026 Business Kickoff, TechX was proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Ngo Manh Ha as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), marking an important milestone in the company’s growth story and the start of a bold new chapter in TechX’s “Go Global” ambition. Mr. Ngo Manh Ha succeeds Ms.Tran Thi Phuong Hong, who steps into the role of Chairwoman of the Board. In her new capacity, she will continue to shape TechX’s long-term strategic direction and remain closely involved in the key decisions that define the company's future. 



 
 A Strategic Step Forward 

This is not a change of direction. It is a deliberate step forward. It reflects an organization that has spent years building its foundation, sharpening its capabilities, and preparing to scale. After six years of sustained investment in Cloud & AI delivery, and a steadily growing reputation earned through technology projects for leading financial and banking institutions, TechX enters FY2026 with a clearer agenda: to broaden the business offerings, strengthen our presence oin the global technology stage, and deepen our footpritn in key markets such as Australia, the United States, and Malaysia.

A Leader Built From Within 

With nearly two decades of experience across information technology and cloud computing, Mr. Ha Ngo has been integral to TechX from day one as a Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He built the technology foundation the company stands on today, grew its engineering teams, and strengthen the delivery capabilities that set TechX apart. Through his steady leadership, unwavering commitment, and a proven ability to guide the company through both rapid growth and real uncertainty, he has earned the trust of the Board of Directors and the respect of teams across the organization, making him a natural choice to lead TechX onto the global stage. Reflecting on what carried him through the company’s most challenging periods, he shared: “What keeps me grounded is the belief that Vietnamese technology talent can create exceptional value for Vietnamese enterprises.”  

 Externally, Ha Ngo is known as a calm, sharp, and persuasive technology strategist. Within the organization, he is recognized as a thoughtful leader who has consistently been present during the most difficult moments, staying late with technical teams to resolve critical issues, remaining composed under pressure, and holding firm to the belief that every challenge can be worked through. This blend of strategic thinking and operational involvement has shaped a leadership style that combines long-term vision with close attention to execution. 
 
Alongside his new role, Mr. Ha also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Xbrain - TechX’s Cloud and AI operations hub in Da Nang. Since its early days, Xbrain has invested in training and developing the future workforce. This approach reflects Mr. Ha’s belief that sustainable growth starts with helping people reach their full potential. “I want to drive TechX’s next phase of growth not by asking people to work twice as hard, but by creating an environment where everyone can focus on what they do best,” Mr. Ha said. 

FY26: The “Go Global" Chapter  

Entering FY2026, TechX is not chasing growth for its own sake. We are setting out to turn proven capability into global-scale execution. To guide the journey ahead, Mr. Ha has set three clear priorities:   
 
First, we aim to reach the VND 1,000 billion revenue milestone, not as a bold slogan, but as a target firmly grounded in the team’s proven capabilities and track record. Mr. Ha intends to work with the team to achieve this goal through sharp focus, operational discipline, and consistent execution.   
 
Second, TechX is committed to becoming an AI-first organization, embedding AI into all aspects from operating, collaborating, and creating values. As TechX expands its operation hubs globally, all hubs will be connected through a unified AI-native governance model, scaling as “One TechX” while staying responsive to local markets. 
 
Third, customer trust will remain the foundation of every stage. For Mr. Ha, scaling up does not mean compromising customer trust. On the contrary, trust must be built through every commitment fulfilled and every result delivered.  
 
He closed his first message as CEO with a clear statement of intent: “FY2026 will be the year TechX turns proven capability into global-scale execution. We will grow with discipline, expand with trust, and transform through people.”
